Longganisa

Vigan longanisa is a Filipino version of meat sausage or chorizo with a plenty of garlic and some spices. Usually served with rice and egg for breakfast.

2 lbs lean pork meat and fat, finely chopped;1/4 tsp salt; 2 heads garlic, crushed.
