Dinardaraan is the Ilocano term for blood stew or dinuguan in Tagalog. The Ilocano blood stew is usually dry and more oily compared to the soupy dinuguan. Both however use the pork meat innards.

1 kilo pork belly, ear, intestine, or combinations 3-4 cups pork’s or beef’s blood 4 cloves garlic; minced 1 small onion; minced 3 long peppers (siling haba) 1/2 cup vinegar Salt to taste, Fish sauce.
